Naked Sky Entertainment is an independent game development studio based in Los Angeles that practices the following principles:

We are a licensed developer for Nintendo Wii™, Microsoft Xbox 360™, and Sony Playstation® 3.


Character Rigger opening

Job responsibilities:
• Creating rigs for an in-engine character that mirrors non-game character
animation, facial expressions and blend shapes
• Creating rigs for simulating cloth and hair
• "Own" the pipeline for a cross-industry, high profile, character-driven
project
• Solve and troubleshoot any animation pipeline-to-character issues
• Work and contribute effectively in a team environment while meeting
deadlines
• Collaborate with the Art Director and Lead Programmer in the creation of
consistent, high-quality work

Required skills:
• Thorough working knowledge of competitive 3D packages, preferably Maya
• Deep understanding of anatomy and attention to detail
• Ability to take on large and complex tasks independently
• Able to respond intelligently to difficult creative challenges
• Creative problem solving
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work within technical constraints and generate top-quality art
• Clear understanding and implementation of technical guidelines and
constraints
• Ability to effectively collaborate with other departments
