cs4 adjustments panel need help.

Hi there, just wondering if anyone has found a way to get the adjustments panel to stay on top of open images. In cs3 I used to make an adjustment layer and double click it to get it's properties and it would always float above any open documents. This new piece of shit adjustments panel crap gets lost behind documents so I am constantly moving images around looking for it, what a piss off. cs4 can burn in hell as far as I am concerned, any help would be greatly appreciated.
