crop sheets?

I was just looking into the Bizarre art test and noticed a strange suggestion in their directions to avoid "crop sheets". I've never run across the term before at work. Seeing as the sentence before this is talking about avoiding tiling textures, do they mean they DO want everything on one sheet, or DO NOT?

that should give you an idea what they mean by that- never heard of it myself though. I think what they mean is a multi texture or Texture Atlas
