Unreal Editor startup problem

hey guys i was hoping someone here could help me out.
every time i try to open up the unreal editor, the splash screen comes up for a minute then the whole thing crashes.
i turned off all the crap on my computer that might be slowing it down, but it still acts the same way.
can anyone help me out. i still have work to do, and this problem is starting to piss me off
i forgot to add that it just stopped working today, but has been working for the past 6 months

find all personal configurations delete em try again id say other wise uninstall and reinstall ut3
