The Isle of Man government is seriously considering asking ISP's and MSP's to consider allowing P2P sharing of any music content, once a 'license fee' is paid by the user.. At least that's how it would appear having read the following:

On the larger issue, our government is busy backtracking at the moment, saying 'nothing's been finalised'. Smells like bullshit to me.
