Age of Conan dungeon i did.

Game, company and everything else aside here´s a dungeon i puzzled together with pre-existing assets (and the help of a gamedesigner of course). So none of that is mine. Pretty much just the look and feeling. ;)

Anyway. I was browsing the net and heard about some new dungeon being released for the game in the upcoming patch and looked into it and saw that it was mine. I had completely forgotten about it since I shipped it off to the gameplaydesigner (A few things here and there that they placed out, statue for example. and all enemies of course).

From the comments i saw it seems like the general public thinks it looks great aswell. I myself of course see a few flaws here and there. Never look back on your own work. hehe :)


Disclaimer: None of the videos or screenshots have been taken by me so i have no idea what settings and such they use and there´s a few cool things missing i´d like to show. I´ll make sure to get some of my own when its released in the next patch. ;)

    That's good stuff man. One thing the art team does well at Funcom is the beautiful graphics for sure.

    Really enjoy the gradation between the dark blue sky and green fog layer. Has a nice subtle transition and very mysterious look.

    When I worked with Funcom, and at AoC's release, there was only one dungeon I liked in the whole game. It was The Maze. The visuals of that location were outstanding. Great atmosphere. It stood out well above the quality of most areas of the game. Tho, it wasn't exactly a maze.

    These shots of your dungeon look very similar in quality. Perhaps many of the same assets as well. So I say, great work, sir.

    Yes. It was based on the Maze but altered of course. So. Thanks guys. :)
