these look pretty cool, the model seems fine - my main crit would be that while the texture is good, considering that it's 1024 it seems like it should really be sharper around the fingernails, and on the wrinkles over the finger joints - they currently look quite blurry.
also, "do not steal" overlay plastered over everything, do you think that's really necessary?
edit: woops, missed that you didn't do the model. yeah, sharpen up the fingernail texture and wrinkles on the joints then it will be great, i think!
so you didn't do the normal map either, just the diffuse and specular.... or was this all photoshop, no highpoly geometry?
the wrinkles on top of the fingers look very "hand painted" to me, they're a little too regular, thick and dark - it might also look a bit more realistic if you put a bit more red saturation into the shadows, and more reds in the fleshy bits between the fingers.
The finger nails seem really "dead" to me, the nails should have some yellow at the base where the flesh would be. Other than that I agree with the rest brought up already. I think after fixing that it will look less waxy as well.
Those flexor tendons are bugging me they shouldnt just run down straight from the hand but more towards the outer side of the elbow(down towards the right side on your texture), also they should be much less visible once they reach the wrist. Love those veins btw, maybe add a bit of purplish tint to them
Does anyone know how I can see some wires of this hand. The guy who modelled it doesn't seem to be a member on this boards; I couldn't PM him at any rate.
Wouldn't the arms have to be a little longer? I'm thinking about how I would animate these guys and as they are, it seems like you would have to restrict your movement to keep the open backs of the arms from showing.

And I know nobody here would use parts of it but I've used the same image on other sites where I don't really trust everybody
Actually, here's the diffuse full-size without any watermarks:

And yeah I didn't bake the normals, the only stuff I did with the normals was some editing and adding finer details in
... but sarcasm aside, what would he do with it
why not just use a 1:2 image size like 512x1024
Is the person who modelled it a member of this forum? Cause I'd love to see wires!
i have to quote this, as this were my thoughts too
