CG Textures questions.

I hope I'm posting in the right forum, this seems like the best one but I'm not completely sure.

I was thinking about getting a membership to CG textures. I do take my own photo reference for textures, but sometimes it's just easier/more practical to use CG Textures as my resource. Has anybody been a member? Is it worth it?

Another thing I'm curious of is the average file size of the Huge sized textures. After all, a membership won't do me any good if I don't have enough room to save textures.

Thanks in advance!

My daily tools are 3DSMax, Photoshop, Crazybump, and CGtextures.com

The membership, while paid for by work, is worth it. If you're looking to hunker down and do a lot of texturing, using the free one won't cut it. You'll use up your bandwidth quickly.

Go for a membership if you can spring for it. IMO, CGTextures is the best website of its kind.

The defaulted picture size, which is marked as "Small" weighs in at 900x540 or so and is roughly 320kb.
