Ok someone was telling me about this Voxel (I thought it was voxels) Modeling Program made by a Russian developer called something like 3d Armor. I cant seem to find it with a google search. Any ideas what he was referencing? Supposedly higher modeling can be done with it than even zbrush.

and yes command & conquer red alert 2 used voxels for the vehicle units- quite unique back then.
