Hello there!
I recently took some time to make some much needed updates to my website. Its still a little plain as far as other sites I've seen but the flow is much better in my opinion. Much thanks to all of the people that made suggestions last time around and I'm always looking for more input to make things better.
Take a look! Lemme know what you think.

Nice work. Some of the materials break the illusion of realism, like the windows in certain shots
Just click on the one in my sig, it'll do you right.
Sage, that one isn't working for me either 0_0...
I hope you are kidding.... If you read my post carefully, the reason I posted the link as I did was to point why the link was broken.... Go back and read what I wrote and you'll realize what I mean. LOL
I think the first piece is the best,- the rest looks like your first stuff in 3d so nothing expierenced.
I have a little bit scrolling in my browser on the main page (~10% scrollable area) and that with 1280*1024,- its a minor thing but maybe fix that.
Content is easy to access- no irritation nasty lightbox plugins ect. works good. The resume page is layout speaking a mess and not nice to look at- make the fonts grey, center the layout more and remove those defauilt blue link colors from the email link and word doc.
A personal thing: I dont believe *.doc has its reason of existense anymore maybe 10 years ago but these days everything like that is usually stored as PDF.
I really like the shape of your thumbnails. I first noticed them when we held hands at the park. That was such a romantic day. I think you should make them bigger. Keep the curved and sharp edge thing, but make them bigger, like taller not wider, that'd be idiotic... or completely awesome. You could make them retardedly long! You'd be known as that guy with the long thumbnails! It's just an idea, jeez, calm the fuck down...
My biggest thing, I think, is that you need more content, haha, sorry buddy, it's the truth, I know you're working on that, butt hay. Haha, you could read that like I called you butt hay. Ew, think of that... butt hay, nasty. Hay smells bad to begin with, well, when it's wet, and then it's in a butt? Whoa.
Hydrant turned out good. I don't like this shot. Oh and you need to do some research for better renders and image quality or something because most of them are looking blotchy. like some have weird compression artifacts and AO artifactles and shit. Fix that into oblivion million! And that should be gold. Oh, I was originally talking about this shot:

I don't like how it's clipping out of frame... But whatev. And god dammit I don't think it should be that shiny still. You need to broaden the gloss dude, how many times? How many? I'll smack you. At least give it a try. Broaden that shit out, and let the specmap do all the wizzurk.
Alright, I'm sick of typing to you. Get a game job already, you obviously are good enough it makes me sick. See you in a few hunny bunz. *kisses*

iva : Jungle is up. Button #2 though.
kp : http://benturner.net/iheartkp.htm I'm officially the guy with the retardedly long buttons. I'm gonna start working on a more interesting design here pretty soon. All of my buttons have a white border so in order to change them all to a more neutral color I'd have to go back through the original psd file and re-save them all which would be a pretty lengthy process, especially if i'm gonna change things around here pretty soon anyways. I'm currently workin on a better render for my the hydrant, and yes, i'll tone down the gloss a bit and see what i can come up with. As for those shadow artifacts, i'm not really sure what they're all about. Its done it on pretty much all of my max renders so maybe i need to play around with some settings or somethin. oh, and i'm workin on the job thing.
The main goal after i make some corrections will be to get more content. I've been doing pretty well recently with moving from one project to another without much downtime so hopefully this trend will fill my portfolio with respectable work. Thanks again and I'll update again here pretty soon.
word up.
