No, it's not a game or a movie. It's actually a show on the Discovery Channel.
The premise of the show is essentially just a couple of guys (scientists or not) run around filming things in super slow mo (up to 5000 times slower in some cases using high speed cams etc). Sometimes they do scientific tests, like looking at the coordination of dogs jumping for frisbee's. Other times they just do something like pouring milk into cereal just to see what it looks like.
I thought it was pretty cool show (reminds me of the high-speed cam stuff the Mythbusters do). The website has some video's where you can move your mouse back and forth to see the frame-by-frame motion.
Thought it might be interesting to animators, but more just because it's freakin cool show.
