Photoshop CS4 brush size bug?

Hey I have noticed in cs4 when I use a large brush I think bigger than 20 pixels the outline of the brush cursor gets cut off, anyone else having this issue? I have the latest driver for my card I use the setting where you can see the exact outline of the brush you are using as the cursor. Any help?

try updating to the november version of directx (if you are using windows).
it fixed it for me... sometimes

I think it is a known issue though
