thats exactly part of the charm you see. he looks like a childrens toy (though in the 50s there were far worse robots on screen) but he was still very intimidating.
anyway the new movie changed a lot, which i didnt care about so much, but it just seems that for a remake it didn't have the feel of the original at all. i never really cared what happened to the human race or klaatu whatsoever.

Ummm ... actually the opposite would be correct. The original film predates Daft Punk by like 40+ years or so.
I am a big fan of the original and I think that makes a bad ass tattoo, Mishra :thumbup:
