My Unreal level is the wrong scale

Hi, I have mapped an entire Unreal 3 level using custom meshes but have realized that the scale is too large! Is it possible to proportionally scale an entire unreal map (all static meshes and terrain) by the same amount? If not, is it possible to set the height of the FOV in game so I can hide the fact that I have done this when I capture a few movies of it. I don't necessarily want to fly through the level is possible. If not, then I guess its back to remapping it.......:-(
