I don't think this photosourced stuff works very well at this specific resolution/polycount. Generally, there's a lot more handpainting involved in getting it to look good ingame, when compared to higher spec stuff.

I agree with MightyPea, but I think if you decided to stick with this route I would really look into breaking up the silhouette of the geometry in many places, it's too flat and boxy right now.. you could break up the brick wall some, add some damage, also to the main building you could add a fire escape or ladder or something to break up the walls there too. You could block areas off too (boarded up windows, things pushed up against entry points, etc) to give it more of a sense of safety.
