I realised a childhood wish today and received my 'bucket' in the post. I've waited 31 years to get one of these. I've never been happy with the build quality of the early versions - and couldn't afford the more expensive ones...



It's only the MR cheapo version available for about $70 - but I'm happy with it. Don't know if I'll go the whole suit (like the guy who wore one to his interview at Epic) but I certainly want to build in a crappy sounding mic and speaker - for that authentic radio chat.

I want a good Chewy outfit. They have a good mask, but all the suits look like shit (or don't use the right colors). I'm 6'5", so I think I'd make a good Chewy

Yeah, they pretty much nailed the proportions, apart from the assymetrical quirks of the originals (which I wouldn't want anyway).

Re: a Chewie suit... Could Mrs Notman and the little Notman's help in hand-tying a hair suit over a spandex bodystocking? Could be a nice little project for the winter.

I'm 6'3" and would probably look OK in the full Stormtrooper suit, if I could lose a little 'waist' if'n ya get me.

Sidenote, I don't think he wore it to an interview @ Epic but more so walked in wearing it demanding an interview because he's awesome.

Where'd you get this "cheapie" one from, good sir? My lead has a Darth Vader helmet in his cube, and one of these in the cube of one of his subordinates would be a good laugh.

Ahh very nice. Also check out EFX Collectibles. They are the same guys from MR that took over after MR didn't renew the license. They just did the Episode 2 clone bucket. Awesome work. They also released more of the Stormie buckets.

I have an Episode 3 helmet and a cast of an episode 3 that I'm gonna make a mold out of so I can do some custom commander buckets.

I had thought of making my own chewy suit, but I can't find any good 'hair' for it. I had considered getting wigs and sewing them together or onto something, but I didn't realize how expensive even cheap wigs could be
