Modelers Needed For S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Project

We are looking for talented and reliable modelers for our next project: Back To The Roots.

I think, if anyone knows STALKER Shadow Of Chernobyl since 2002 when it was announced, then he feels something is missing from game. Well known that many maps were removed from final game, and our main project is to return them back, and later, edit the current maps or make new ones for the growing exclusion zone.

Maps we are working on:
- rostok factory
- deadcity
- generators
- garbage

Upcoming maps:
- yantar
- swamp
- darkscape

For stalker, we have a beta sdk, and with community made tools, its possible to make single player maps and attach them back to the game. We have official plugins for max 8 and maya 8 and 2008, so xray material can be added. Texturing goes with uvmapping for stalker, then with the given pluigns, we can export them as .object, so we can load them in SDK level or actor editor to set shaders and other things before putting it to the game level. Xray is a nice engine, detailed, but compiling needs almost 1 week on full settings. Thats not problem, since we have help for those days emot_smile.gif

We are remaking the old maps with the help of old screenshots and fly-by videos. Its not a big thing, but its a good challenge, and also we can use our imagination for the interiors, and whatnot.

    well i have a spas12 but it's not textured i alos have some others you are welcome to use them but that's all i can do is offer them,

    they aren't textured because i thought it be best if the downloader textured them they are low poly because they were made in milkshape 3d.
