So, as it turns out, something went wrong in communication.
Thanks to my previous thread the right people found out, and things were fixed.
I'm now starting at Streamline Studios in Amsterdam in January.
Thanks to Demonprincess for getting me to apply!
I'm sad about leaving London behind, but excited about starting at Streamline

Congratulations Pea, are there more people here that are working in the Dutch game industry btw?
P.S watch out for them coffeehops
And yeah, there's a few companies there. Don't you dutchies dare rub it in. Belgium has the ONE company now.
Woedend games (which is a fucking brilliant name for a studio who made a game about ponies, given that it means 'furious') are apparantly working on something cool now, I'm told.
Glad you got a gig man im happy for yah!
Astublieft!
You're making me feel NederLandstalgic!
oh, i was looking to start a prostitution ring. we can talk cheese too tho! =P
I just don't want to get stuck with the 'heart' one, or whatever. I call Fire!
Demonprincess: As am I! Thanks for the help.
On a sidenote, as an education of sorts for all you non-dutchies:
-Consumation of marijuana is legal in all of the Netherlands, its not strictly an Amsterdam-thing. It seems people are under the impression Amsterdam is a seperate country. Not so.
-I realise it's a big part of the clich
But congrats on the job.
cool to see so many people from MY country in this industry, i was always like: nah.. i'm not going to try and make it my career, i don't really feel like moving to America .
