Only on the sites I've registered it. It was wrong on Steam. Another said taken, but the account doesn't exist.

doesn't quite work, some say the account doesn't exist when you click the taken link.
guess it's just trying the urls and seeing if they exist.

..i was shocked to find my name on other sites i don't belong to, and i usually have no issues with my made up rubbish name.

Frankly I find "pliang" well too overused. I had a few problems registering at a few other art sites with this name.
