Good ol' Pixar, can't wait to see it.
And in other Pixar-related news, the new Pixar short that will come with the Wall-E dvd has been generously placed on a few websites.
The Burn-E short, while not wanting to look ungrateful to Uly, doesn't really compare to the others in terms of humor. I really prefer their shorts when they don't have anything to do with their previous characters and stories.
I just wish they'd stop recapping all their damn movies they've made in trailers. Pixar should be a self explanatory name by now dammit, that'd be like Steven Spielberg listing off his movies at the beginning of every trailer for his next movie!
Ooooo, Pixar's at it again!
Well, looks amusing but I don't know how it will take up a full feature-length time and be so awesome... BUT I was wondering the same thing about Wall-E and omgomgomgomgomg that movie was such a bundle of awesome and happiness. So I'm looking forward to it
Not much else to look forward to in theatres So at least there's Pixar!!
The teaser didn't immediately grab me, but the synopsis is intriguing:
Carl Fredricksen is 78 years old. When Carl was a child, he met and eventually married a girl named Ellie who grew up in a small midwestern town. Ellie always dreamed of exploring the mountains but died before she got a chance. Now, when developers threaten to move him into an assisted living home, Carl decides to fulfill his promise to Ellie. To accomplish this, he befriends a chubby eight-year-old Wilderness Explorer named Russell. The two opposites match up for thrilling adventures as they encounter wild terrain, unexpected villains, and all the terrifying creatures that wait in the jungle.

I got plenty of laugh out loud worthy humour. Check your firewall. Maybe it's blocking the funny.

(Sorry since it's only semi-related Ebagg, just didn't think the short justified its own thread.)

They've a good track record, though, so I'm sure it will be entertaining

Nope, I'm right with you on that.
I'd watch it for the awesome colours alone.
Better yet, MONKEY SKY PIRATES!!
Style is great, don't know how they are gonna get a full movie out of this though, but I am excited
piqued :poly129:
i will say, i liked the gratuitous tinted-light-through-the-balloons shot they included.
It doesnt look like its going to beat dragon hunters or most recent animation films.
