Alpha in viewport using StandardFX

Hey guys, I'm really digging the StandardFX shader as a viewport solution to see my normal & specs on my Environment work. It's such a noob question, but how do you get alphas to work? I'm used to using the shabby DX Display of standard material (which is terrible in comparison to StandardFX I know...)

I can't seem to find an alpha slot for StandardFX.

Any help would be awesome!
