well, i would help but in 1982 the EU passed a law forbidding the advertising of vinyl printers. In recent times they've been enforcing this quite strictly, what with people thinking they can use the internet to try and get round this, thinking they can develop a web presence and have people innocently "find" them via search engines
but this is just Europe though. No idea about the US.

Call me ignorant for asking, but why the hell would they do that?

Ok, forgot calling me ignorant, I'll just call you a jackass for not answering a question. Work for you? Works for me.
In a cowboy durn-tootin' voice:
"On the internet we invented here in America"
(big arm swing, and... spit)
"It doesn't tell me why stickers is banned in the EU? I typed "vinyl graphics" into this here machine and it brought up places to buy stickers, and even places that let me "upload my graphics" and they make stickers for me!"
"Hell some of them are even local, I could walk in"
"You fellars in the EU must have a different internet then we do?"
"Crazy EU always banning stuff like... water"
yeah and you's all full retard so you would probably mess up putting the sticker on yourself. (only partialy joking.. getting a decent size vinly sticker on straight with no bubbles can be tricky if you don't know tricks (like spray the area with soapy water first)
If you're going the squares-route, just ask for some vinyl-scraps and hope they have your colours. It'll be a lot of work, but it'll be cheap. If you spray the area down with soapy water, you can positions the vinyl where you want (you can slide it around) and then dry it, and it's a piece of cake.

so just getting the individual squares is cheaper huh? Guess when I go friday I'll let you guys know, once I get my windows tinted I'll get the sticker as well
Well, it will definately be if you can get your hands on some coloured vinyl-scraps. I've got rolls and rolls of the stuff laying in boxes somewhere in Belgium, which I got off of my teacher, who had his own printing-shop. If you can get your hands on that, you're set. If not, you'll just have to go to the store and see how much it costs for the squares and how much to print the entire thing up or (which might be nice) to have them cut you the shapes (instead of pixel-per-pixel, just have the blue area as one shape, for instance).
edit: if you're going to be doing it yourself, you'll need one of those spray-things that you water your plants with, soap and a flat hard plastic thing (to wipe away the soapy water with and thereby affix the vinyl to the underlying surface)
I hate to revive an old post, but I was going through some old bookmarks and I came across something I had when I was looking for decals on my laptop (which I never did). http://www.vinzdecals.com
I don't know if they are any good, but they do custom decals for cars (and other things)
its cool man, Im actually going to be getting my car tinted (freakin florida heat) And the vinyl sticker done this weekend more or less probably friday.
I went and did a price comparison , to get it printed in chunks of color in a standard mid size (quater of a size of my back window) it would cost around 70 bucks
To get the squares done with the colors like you guys suggested it costs me 35 in total and its only costy due to the bage color one.

You'll probably get more info on online vinyl graphics by going to a car customization forum.
yea theres a place near me called speed and truckworld Im going to ask them if they do custom stickers and such.
If its to expensive then I'll look into these online sites, the last one seems like the best choice so far, because im planning on multi color
but I dont think this should be a issue
33 blue vinyl squares
10 light blue squares
30 white squares
24 yellow/flesh squares
and just put it together yourself.
