I am trying to model some glass that has those reflective anti-UV coating glasses that reflects rainbow color. Thanks for the tips in advance.

Pics of exactly what you want to achieve? Also what software? And are we talking realtime shader or offline render?

Bung a picture of an oily puddle in the reflection slot of your shader?

VRay has some AMAZING glass materials, if you have access to it, its not very hard to crank out different properties like what you need.
If not, then Rick has a great idea.

Also another offline way to do it is to use mental ray's mia_material. It's extremely powerful shader and I think I remember seeing an example for download from either mymentalray.com or mrmaterials.com

Vig is right. When it comes to glass Vray is certainly the way to go, if you can swing it somehow.
