I'm having a normal map issue with one of my models as you can see by the black areas
how would i be able so fix this?

Looks like your UV's are messed up on your low poly?

are you mirroring the uvs somehow? looks like overlapping parts

That can be so many things.
What renderer are you using, how's your highpoly/lowpoly baking look like, how's your uv looks like ? etc ...
