Literature Review - Help

Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone here has had to do a literature review on a subject before and could point me in the right direction. I have to do it for my major thesis project on crew resource management in the cockpit, and really am stumbling around in the dark. Also, if anyone is an expert on crew resource management (long shot I know, but project directors, I'm looking at you) and info would be handy.
