Sticking with the limited edition, it's price is being brought down in line with the regular edition over here. Wanted the Hobbe figure though
Bonus content is still an extra dungeon, a legendary weapon, spartan armour and energy sword from halo.

I just want to make sure everyone knows this is Kotaku, though. They'll 'print' any rumour as if it's legitimate and comes from the most reliable of sources.

Having said that, if they managed to confirm that GAME sent out that email, then that's pretty damning evidence.

Scanning through the article though, there's no mention of them contacting GAME or Lionhead for comment? Christ, this could be like reporting a game's release-date based upon Amazon.com.

Well seeing as I just got a call yesterday from Gamestop confirming the first cutback, which was most of the goodies I was interested in, I've got no real incentive to keep the CE version for just a "making of" that wouldn't be of any interest to me.

[UPDATE: According to Lionhead's official blog today, the above information from that circulated letter is erroneous. No further cuts have been made to Fable 2: Collector's Edition. Thanks goes to TnS for giving us the heads up.]
