I'm on [EN] Eltharion with a level 8 Swordmaster. I picked Order, for which I'm glad since the Order queue last night was just 200 people, while the Destruction one around 480+.

Seriously, what's so bloody awesome about the Destruction side..? :P

All the dudes in our studio are playing in Marius (Destruction), for all you Aussie crew. Its pretty low pop at the moment, hopefully it picks up soon because the queues for RvR are way too long.

enjoying the game so far

the rvr is fun, especially if you find a group and work togheter taking all the points on the map.

i hope they put in more banks so i can take on a proffession. my inventory fills up to quickly so im not bothered with that yet.

Found out a good bunch of the dudes at the game studios here in Melbourne have all rolled on Ironclaw as Order. I'm playing there now, still as Destruction. Dark Elf Sorcerer named Antagonist.

I also purchased WAR today.. I'll hop in to Wurtbad as merecraft if name is free. Now patcher is loading 800Mb package so I'll sneak to the nearest pub meanwhile .

it's a performance setting. He's got them turned off.

afaik, maybe someone can correct me but it has a 'lightmaps' option I dont see anything relating to shadows , only get the 'shadow' disk underneath a character. It's probably that way for more wider user base /shrug as you can see in my screenshot and that's on the default high setting he didn't look to be showing foliage and stuff on the ground.

Shadow settings are in the Miscellaneous 'box'.
You've got High Quality which would be the stencily shadows.
Balanced is probably the blob shadows.
And none... well none.
