"What I'm saying is, we drop the box down on it, okay, focus our own magnetic field to negate and knock out the inverse - what's going on inside the ceramic - and that should change the transition temperature to something we can work with."
Hmm, hopefully it's not too obscure then... but yea, definitely see it. It's fantastic. It gets pretty damn technical at time, which is kind of refreshing. Doesn't dumb down anything for the audience. I think it takes a couple of viewing for it to really sink in though. And it's absolutely amazing for the budget it was made at.
"And there was value in the thing, clearly, that they were certain of. But what is the application? In a matter of hours, they had given it into everything from mass transit to satellite launching, imagining devices the size of jumbo jets."
The movie is Primer. Definitely check it out Mister Sentient. I'm blown away by the quality of the movie for the budget. It's very well written too. Insane that it was written, directed, stars, was edited and composed by the same guy as well. Though definitely get it on a night when you are wanting a movie that makes you think.

So hint:
The movie's budget was $7000, it is about two friends who discover a way to time travel, it won the Grand Jury Prize in 2004 at Sundance.
