*edit; And Ruz is looking for a slap.
but the model is fantastic thus far.
I agree with DeathKitten that the hips seem too low, or maybe too small?
And some info on kilts, for you to decide on where you want to take it.... A kilt is a knee length skirt (from natural waist to kind of just above the knee). Was used by the Highland Scots at least since the late 16th century. The Scottish kilt has a tartan pattern, always. The Irish kilt wasn't until the turn of the 20th century and is of a solid color - usually black, saffron, or green. There's also the shendyt which was an Egyptian kilt, but I don't think you're going that route.
The thigh's and hips are too short under the kilt though I think. They need an extra 10% at least. If you were to place his junk right now they'd be halfway to his knees and not because its long.

i think that will make it more kiltish and less of a skirt
