The face lost all of the goat features in translation from concept to model. As opposed to a goat head, it appears more like a flat cartoon wolfman mask. I reckon this happened by you translating the bent forward head of the concept (as though the goat is about to ram you) to a face looking forward (hence the horns also pointing forward as opposed to being on the side of the head and mouth pointing forward instead of angled down leaving no distance between the bottom of the nose and upper lip). Should be easy to correct looking at some goat head reference.
Also, the hand and fingers look like empty gloves or skeleton hands. Could be beefed up.
I'd probably invest more color into the armor, but it looks pretty cool as is.
I really dig the display of from concept to finish, the lack of polygons in the feet disturb me when hes got all those accessories on him, maybe bump up the goatness and give him cloven feet.
