I like the clear concept and evil technology overtones
On the downside the concept is quite narrow and i *will* have to rip it apart, recombine and extend well beyond the original if i want to be a competitor.

PlotIdea: In the far flung future, prosthetics have evolved far beyond the primative technologies of today. Far from enriching the lives of those who require cybernetic implants, the extensive use of prosthetics (and the expensive maintainence contracts required) created a new lower class exploited by society at large.
