Unearthly Challenge | e-freak | Golgata
Well, have been lurking around a bit but finally joined to participate in the Unearthly Challenge. As I'm not too experienced with enviroment modelling I'll stick to the 2D-Conceptual Part of the Challenge.
The idea is to create some post-harmageddon scene, showing destroyed cities and landscapes (with inspirations from jerusalem and jericho), the mount golgata as central point of interest (visualize the crossing following earthquake and the thunderstorm splitting the temple) and maybe some stylistic reference to Otto Dix' "Flandern" ( http://www.siu.edu/~dfll/German/ArtImages/OD-flandern.jpg ).
Currently setting up different perspectives as I'm not sure how to get the most dramatic effect out of the scene. Will post picture(s) asap.
