PromodeX or PMX is the standalone version of the Quake 3 mod Challenge Promode Arena. We're a well-established group with the gameplay in late alpha, with player models and weapons on the way and now need texture artists so the mappers can decorate the world. Our gameplay is fast and highly competitive, a tweaked Promode set in a future Appleseed or Ghost in the Shell world using bump, specular and normal map with compiled ambient and dynamic lighting.

I'm not sure what you want when you say "compiled ambient and dynamic lighting" Do you mean baking the Occlusion and Lightmaps? If so, do texture artists only get their hands on the UV Snapshot or the model itself?
Also, doesn't anyone who's anyone in Q3 run their textures flat shaded with no detail what so ever? =p
