[FONT=&quot]Good overall understanding of all 2D and 3D computer graphics art work (modeling, texturing, compositing, rigging, animation, lighting and rendering)[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Proven ability to create next generation game art[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Have experience as a Lead Artist or Art Director in a game studio. Credited on at least one AAA game title as a lead[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Excel as a team player and strive to maximize team/department performance[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Demonstrated ability to supervise the work of a creative team.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Ability to prioritize one's own tasks and tasks of others.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Outstanding coaching and motivational skills[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Demonstrated ability to mentor less experienced artist[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Working together with the Studio Art Director in developing a unique and cohesive style[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Strategically managing, coordinating and executing the day-to-day artistic direction of the studio[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Establishing, coordinating and directing the art production pipeline, process requirements and quality assurance guidelines through the implementation of multiple artistic processes[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Creating and operating art related project plans, research/ development, and identification of new artistic processes, technology, and techniques,[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Training and mentoring of Artists[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]We prefer applicants who are residents or have a work permit within the EU.[/FONT][FONT=&quot]
