where should I be looking?
Speaking of Toronto. I'll be there Thursday night. I'm just planning to hit the CN Tower Friday. Other than that I don't have anything. Got any suggestions?
I suggest if the sun's out on the weekend to head down to the Distillery District, it's pretty historical (ie cool buildings)and the Mill Street brewery is there with a great patio. And you can walk there from front street west and hit up St. Lawrence market for some Morning-Market hangover food.
Once you've seen the CN Tower and the Skydome head north to Queen Street. Theres some great walking among the shops there as you head west. North of Queen and Spadina is China-Town which is the largest next to Vancouver. Bloor Street east (Danforth) is greektown and another great area to walk the streets for the shops and food and drink.
Oh I guess I should mention Dundas Square since it's finished as of a year ago. It's Toronto's mini version of Time Square.
lemme know if any of you people in toronto want to meet up for some coffee or brew or food.
I know that Hostel. It's ok. I know its incredibly last minute but if you get a chance to change that to the Backpackers on King west do it! It's a much more lively hostel in a better neighbourhood and the bar at that place kicks some serious ass.
