Tutorial Question?

Hi all,

Just wandering does anyone know if there are any video tutorials that match the style of texture painting like in Bill's / pig brains work.

Oh and Perhaps we could start a diffuse texturing sticky?

For example, do people use primarily hard brushes when painting?, do you work in greyscale first?, do you hate / love the smudge brush when painting?.
