Maya - 8800gts texture problems and UI problems

Hey there guys, here´s a thing that it´s annoying me for a long time and i dont know more what to do to make it work. So, I think maybe some of you are having the same problems when loading a file etc.
Also, another thing that is bothering me is, when i open a window in top of Maya, it starts to flicker maya window on the bottom, it can be a menu or another software.
Does anyone having the same problem?

I was at google earth minutes ago, and when I got in Maya you can see some mountains on the mesh of the google earth textures, it´s always happening things like that.

Turn off options like Threaded Optimization as well in the control panel.
