Her face is maybe a little on the chubby side around the jawline, but that could be because it's a flat ortho shot.
If you're not going to be normal mapping her, you might want to add in a division just beneath the centre of the lower lip, so the vertex lighting can catch it as a defined edge. There's some odd lighting going on there that isn't too flattering. Looks like you've already got a loop in for that on the top lip, might just be a case of sliding verts.
ears and neck look wierd..check your reference..I think having the hair come to individual strands makes it look like her hair is fried...even super straight hair divides into clumps(for lack of a better word). Eyes may be too small as well . If She is a Heroine, exagerate the size of her eyes
lols, just wait till she gets a deviated septum hehe - just one comment/crit, the hair alpha+planes need a lot of work, and some more randomization, as well as a bit more detail and accuracy in the ears as well
