yeah Im not sold
really didnt see the fuss with IP (fahrenheit over here) just felt real linear and repetitive. Mashing L and R till my hands cramped didnt make me forget I was playing effectively an interpretation of the matrix and several other popular films of the time.
As such itll take more than QTE's, no matter how nicely presented, to make this game appeal to me.
ah you just havent hammered L and R for 5 minutes properly yet - I guarantee your opinion will change (in one of two gloriously defined ways!) as soon as you do that.
If not? You can just go press up on the control stick rhythmically yourself :P
I never cared much for Dragon's Lair. I'd rather watch a movie without having to wear my hands out to see the next scene. And without having to go back and watch the last scene again and again until I get it right.
Unless there's more to it than that. In which case, hey neat.

no theres more, the indigo prophecy, was a strange mix of CSI, 24, and X-files, you played as a killer with no memory of what actually happend, and as the cops who had to solve the mystery, the good thing with IP was that the button interactive Dragons lair thing was executed quite well and was one of the newer games to re-add this sort of mechanic that i can remember, the only problem was the game was too short and kind of felt rushed near the end and just got weirder and weirder.... not really in a good way.
The first half of Indigo Prophecy was surprisingly entertaining, and I actually had a lot of fun doing stupid shit like trying to hide stuff in my apartment before the girl showed up, and things like that. I got really attached to the characters and fully into the story, it was good fun.... until it got stupid at the end.
Damnit QTEs can suck a cock. I played through Fahrenheit and thought the Simon-says-press-a- button sequences really ruined what could have been a decent adventure game. That and the ridiculous ending that is.

seems interesting. Not interactive movie, more like choose your own adventure.
