Wow, nice job, I really like it. The fish net leggings look wierd in some areas, though. Other than that, it looks great.

Wait a second...3,000 tris for the
hair?
I think you can easily make that a few overlapping quad strips...

nice work I like the style. Wires and texture sheets please.
Oh and as was mentioned before 3,000 polys just for the hair is quite a bit too many.

sorry its actually just 2k for the hair. which still seems like alot but not as bad as 3k!

2k for hair is unreasonable and unrealistic and uncalled for.
lights are obviously supposed to be red, but you've textured them bright white and they aren't bathing her in red light. looks a little weird.
texture looks a little muddy. is there a spec map on her?
not a bad model, but it's not done yet. little bit more loving and you'll have a fine portfolio piece.
