The highpoly looks pretty good and the normal map came out well.
I'd say the texturing was the weakest part of this, although it's not bad by any means.
The main things that stand out as areas to improve on are the cloth folds in the trousers and boots - currently they look "painted on", rather than actual creases of cloth folding over itself and being affected by the leg volumes underneath.
The material definition in the texture also needs work - his arm looks like plastic instead of metal, and the gold buckles on his straps look like plastic too. The specular and diffuse are generally quite cartoony and unrealistic, as a result it's hard to tell what sort of surface you're trying to describe, and the materials end up looking a bit muddled.
A bit more value contrast on the clothing would help too, to make the straps and details pop.
