ActorX plugins for 3DS Max

for Unreal editor this is for. I have tired to put the ActorX into the plugin folder in max and when I go to the unities list its not there. I have done the windows thing that it told me to do but I still have no luck its just not appearing. I am running 3D max 2008 64

Will it let you manually load the plug-in from the Plug-in Manager?
[Customize > Plug-in Manager...]

And you installed ActorX_220_Max2008_64bit.zip?

no it didnt come up. I treied it with 3d max 9 32 bit and I got this message.
