looks great! love the folds on the shirt!
the head looks a bit weird though in the side view: the nose seems to pointy and long and the chin is really pinched to a small point too. oh and he doesn't have a bottom lip.
looking forward to updates!
One leg is definitely longer than the other on that model. Its because of how you posed it. Your hip rotation is mainly whats off.
When you stand with your weight on one leg, not only do you center your body of mass over that one leg, but you also rotate your hip so that its higher on the leg you have your weight on and lower on the leg with little weight on it. Right now you have the opposite happening.
I like it, he looks good with a tshirt on, personally I feel his chest is a bit flat for him to go topless or be called buff but then again every character/person is individually defined and thought of by others.
One thing I noticed is his thumb is too thin, in all views it's the same thickness as the fingers.
No problem dude, I love his work my self. One of the best artist around for sure. I'd just recommend you to post a link to the reference work so it is all clear.
His abs are perfectly aligned, which isn't going to matter if he's staying clothed but some difference in height between the left and right side would really some realism.

Japhir: i worked the nose and chin a bit and gave some more definition.
Aesir: i went back and re worked the pose a bit. please let me know if i mis understood your feedback. thanks for the paint over.
Vitor: i was using Aleks Kirilenko's work as reference. i hope it did'nt come of as plagiarism.
I realize reposing a sculpt is a bitch, so maybe somethings are a bit harder to fix..
