I think the concept with a mouth in the stomach would look a lot more intimidating if it wasn't cause his head is a nose. it looks pretty funny I think.

main thing that annoys me are those things that are sticking out next to his mouth.

also you don't really need to count the polys. triangles suffice cause that's what people usually count as polys.

nice idea, are you done with the diffuse by any chance? it looks kind of boring and bland, maybe add some cracks, different color variation in there, would help set you piece off even more.
