What happened to the report button?

Is it gone for everyone? I thought it was a great idea, as I could flag spambots easily. Oh, and idiotic hateful posts,such as http://boards.polycount.net/showpost.php?p=819736&postcount=8

And besides, how am I supposed to get an infraction for frivolous use of the report button if there isn't one?

I'd use the PM system, but then i'd be cussed at for being criminal #1 for hassling them.

PMs for dodgy threads that need attention are fine. I'll see if I can find out what happened to the Report Post button, that was useful, and should be available before resorting to PM'ing moderators.
