Im pretty ignorant when asked about how many units this way or that way but here's my uv layout concept for this project anyways. The whole layout will be 2048. Left and right are 2 1024. All critiques welcomed!

- You seem to have over looked the brick arch above the windows?
- The siding seems more like stone then it does wooden shakes.
- The window material is bleeding onto the frame.
- The building has a bit of an organic slope to it at the top and bottom, its a large part of its charm. Haunted houses are full of crooked lines.
- I'd suggest digging up more ref of haunted houses, Victorian architecture bla bla bla.
Thank for the critiques Vig. Fixing them up right now. I agree about the Haunted House idea, and i wish i could change the title for this project. Actually and oddly enough this building is a small low budget church. It wont be haunted but ill try to use some good lighting to bring some mood to it.
Here my last update here. Texturing process its pretty basic and managed to get most texture on one sheet. Couldnt make the deadline do to constant interruptions but i will finish this model and further updates will be at Cgtalk.
