Howdy, I barely post here. Just cause im not very good. I hope to learn alot from this. Im still trying to grasp the entire idea behind the contest, but I think Im getting there.
My idea:
Im going to go for a late1800's to early 1900's building. Maybe corner to a street. Also may give a steampunk theme, but not positive on that aspect. I hope Im not completely ripping of anyone else's entry

I broke up the largest parts into a way I think will work well for textures
Will need to get crazy bump or something, cause looking kinda flat without normal maps
also thinking of when its all finished making a 2nd set of textures all cepia-tone. Like an old picture (could do this with post process in ue3 i guess)
edit:
added some more stuff and worked on my layout for textures. White is for future props and space i may have mis judged.
this may be a stupid way to go about it, but Im trying to learn and trying different ways.
