Out of state releases!

Yea I'm a noob...have a drink on me...


So a title I worked on with a small studio had a release in europe but not in the states but never-the-less the title is out there can I still display the artwork on my site? (obviously signed an NDA)

I have no one else to ask I tried asking the "ol'boss" but I'm trying to apply to more jobs and I would like to post those artworks on my online site before applying and don't want to wait too long...

Yes it should be a okay to show your stuff, importing or showing screen on the net is not illegal or anything so why cant you show the stuff you did?

I'd say, ask the boss again just to be safe. In the worst case, I would still just send the images with a resume to potential employers, rather than posting them up online.

Rant:
I hope he gets back to me if he doesn't I guess I have no other options but to wait for it to get released in the states... uhg it's odd cause it seems to keep getting pushed back, first it was supposed to be released in there states today, then I see a website mentioning the expected date to be 11/18/2008 I'm like damn I don't want to wait that long to just show off some work, guess that's all part of the position..I can deal with it if I have to just exploring my options.
