"Mod Facade" Challenge - Cody - Graffiti Town

Reserving my spot. Gotta finish my china town scene before I start this puppy, but that should be done by the weekend. Here's what I'm going for. This is my only ref, and I'm gonna make up the rest as I go along. The graffiti, downhill street, and posters should pose a fun challenge I think. I guess I'm going to have about a hundred decals....
