Did anyone ever watch
this show? I'm about to run through the entire episology (I just made that word up I think). I saw a few on Google video I think and thought the show was great. It has quite a few people in it 'before they were famous' including Seth Rogan, Jason Segel, James Franco, and Linda Cardenelli.
Here's a synopsis:
It's the 1980s and at McKinley High, there's two different groups of teenagers, the Freaks with cool and charismatic Daniel DeSario (James Franco) and tomboy Lindsay Weir (Linda Cardellini) and the Geeks with Lindsay's shy younger brother Sam (John Francis Daley), gentle Bill Haverchuck (Martin Starr), and self-proclaimed ladies' man Neal Schweiber (Samm Levine). The show chronicles the normal teen/adolescence problems any teenager goes through including acceptance, drugs, drinking, and bullying.

So it has to be good, eh?
It sounds interesting, some familiar faces, which is always nice.
I didn't even know he was on any TV shows.
Also - Joe Flaherty was famous WAYYYY before this show. :P
it's pretty nice.
It does an amazing job at awkward comedy (think of The Office) if you like that sort of thing. I also has the most realistic fight scene in Television or Movie history.
I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I think the show is fantastic. Besides, Linda Cardellini is hot.
Check out Always Sunny In Philadelphia afterward. Easily the funniest show I've watched in years.

Freaks and Geeks
Dead Like Me
Firefly
Family Guy (Before they brough it back only to beat it to death)
Futurama (lasted 5, but still not very long)
Certainly it's not better than They Live's!

Are Thoses Glasses Magical?
Can U See People Naked With Them?
Can U See The Fucking Door To Narnia!
Why! I Must Know!
Arman - We're all caught up on that show already :P
Tumer - you forgot the most important 3 season show ever... ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT
I was going to add Arrested Development to that list too. Rad show.
A couple others not everyone has heard of are The Black Donnellys, Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Weeds, Huff, Clone High, and Farscape. Also ...The New Adventures of Old Christine - I actually find it quite entertaining but maybe I just always had a crush on Elaine.

WTF nice documentary Lol
Totally agree on The Black Donnellys! Great show that should have aired on HBO instead. One show that i REALLY love that needs to get more creds is Carniv
Joe, I didn't say "BESTEST FIGHT SCENE EVAR!!!1" I said, Most Realistic Fight Scene Ever! And after watching 3 minutes of that, I can tell you the Freaks and Geeks one still beats it.
Pilot Episode, Starts 1:15 in:
(it doesn't embed rigth, but if you click the "youtube' at the top, it'll work.

your fight is indeed realistic though.
I always seem to like the ones that get cancelled before their time. In addition to the already mentioned Firefly, Futurama(best cartoon ever), and Family Guy, I also miss : Jericho, Wonderfalls, and Surface. Jericho and Wonderfalls have wrapped-up the stories on DVD, but Surface left on such a cliffhanger, I'll never know what happened.
I think i may have to rewatch it, for a third time.
Oh and funny show?! RESCUE ME!
rescue me is more of a dramedy tho'
awesome shit.
he's previous show called The Job is awesome as hell. Falls in the sitcom category with live cameras and no laugh track. you guys should check it out:)
I prefer Rescue me tho
lol
I knew I had seen Linda Cardenelli before, then I saw she was the main chick in Grandma's Boy, then in episode 2 of Freaks and Geeks, the main dude from Grandma's Boy had a cameo. Coincidence?
Now my time to add a few cancelled TV shows worth checking out:
Already mentioned this but - Undeclared - 1 season!
Andy Richter Controls the Universe. - 1 season!
Andy Barker P.I. - 1 season! poor Andy! boohoo
Home Movies - 4 seasons! (ok - kinda long but my 3rd favorite show of all time behind AD and IASiP)
